STI-6129 – Anti-CD38 ADC

STI-6129 is an antibody drug-conjugate that targets CD38. It composed of a recombinant, fully human IgG1λ anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, conjugated to a dolastatin derivative (DUO-5.2) using Sorrento’s C-LOCK technology.
