PROTACs targeting traditional “undruggable” targets

ACEA is in preclinical stage to develop PROteolysis-TArgeting Chimeras (PROTACs), which are heterobifunctional molecules capable of removing specific proteins by recruiting them for degradation. AC-PROs are designed to remove “undruggable” targets with high expression levels or activities contributing to the occurrence of a wide variety of tumors.
